By enrolling your child at SDS, you
accept these terms and conditions ("Terms & Conditions") and sign
your agreement to them as an ongoing agreement between you and SDS
The Agreement is made between the parent/guardian ("Parent", "you" or "your") of each enrolled student ("Student") by a Parent and SDS ("SDS", "we", "our", "us") (trading as Surrey Dance School) and is valid at all times whilst the Student is enrolled on any SDS activity and until such time as written notice is given in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Parents are not permitted in the hall while the class is taking place. From experience, children progress quicker and are less distracted when other adults are not in the lesson. A Watching Class will be run on the last session of each term so you can see your child dance. This is a special opportunity to come and see what your child has been learning during the term.
I am aware that by its very nature some contact between the teacher and student will be necessary during SDS classes.
I accept that the teacher may use physical contact when helping to improve my child’s posture or assist in movements.
I am aware that there is a certain degree of risk involved in all physical movement. It is the intent of SDS to provide a safe environment and correct training in order to avoid any injury to any child. I therefore agree to release Tarryn Owen-Skull and SDS from any liability from injuries sustained through dance classes. Please notify us of any medical conditions your child has and if in any doubt consult your medical practitioner before your child attends our classes.
Fees are to be paid in full at the beginning of term. If your child does not attend a session which has already been paid for, no refund will be given.
