TDC Terms and Conditions

- All accounts must be paid for before the due date. Failure to do so will result in your child being unable to participate in classes.

- Please dont hesitate to ask if you require a payment plan to pay for classes.

- At the beginning of Term 2 all students will be required to pay a costume hire fee for the concert and sign a document stating they will be participating in the concert. All hire fees are NON REFUNDABLE. If the student decides to pull our of the concert in Term 2 or 3 a $100 fee will be required to compensate for concert fees.

- Just like any team once a student has learnt their routine and decides to quit before the concert this puts alot of stress on the remaining students and teacher to change the routines.

- Just like at school we have a strict NO BULLYING policy. Any student that is involved to be bullying other students or teachers, inside or outside of class will have their parents contacted and may be suspended from a week of classes.

- By enrolling in our Acro/Gymnastics classes i accept the risks of the class and hereby declare i WILL NOT hold Temora Dance Centre responsible for any accident, death, illness (including Covid-19) damage or injury to myself or children registered or personal property no matter how such is occasioned during the course of the events or whether due to your or my negligence and/or misadventure.
 
 By enrolling in our classes you agree to abide by the rules and regulations of all our classes aswell as you understand that all students that continue classes from Term 2 onwards are expected to participate in the end of year concert.

As a condition of enrolling at Temora Dance Centre; parents, student and guardians abide to the regulation, policies and rules set by the faculty of Temora Dance Centre, the principal and staff. The principal owner of Temora Dance Centre reserves the right to terminate a students enrolment if any inappropriate actions or behaviour are conducted by either the student or parent.
