Upon leaving the Academy one term’s notice in writing is required, otherwise 50% of the term’s fees are owed as we will not be able to fill your child's place in class. We presume that all students will continue classes from term-to-term or year-to-year unless informed otherwise.
Classes cancelled due to exams, teacher absence, or adverse weather conditions will be refunded or an alternative replacement lesson will be arranged. Classes missed due to student absence will not be refunded.
All fees are due by each half term. Any fees still left unpaid by the end of term unless an alternative payment arrangement has been made privately.
Staff are not liable for any injury resulting from the student/s participation in class. Staff are not responsible for children who have been left at the studio more than 15mins prior to their scheduled class start time, students waiting in the waiting area between classes, or who have not been collected 15mins after their class finish time.
