Media Consent

1.    You grant permission to The Aloud Charity to use and disclose your/the choir member’s:
•    image, physical likeness and name (Images)
•    voice and sound (Sounds)

without restriction in any media or format. You will let The Aloud Charity know if you wish to withdraw this permission. 

2.    Your permission includes The Aloud Charity using your choir member’s Images or Sounds for any publicity or advertising in connection with its business or programmes, and disclosing your Images or Sounds to other organisations (such as partners, media and advertising agencies) for any purpose.
3.    You have volunteered your choir member’s Images and Sounds and agree that you will not receive or request any payment, royalty or other form of consideration for your Images, Sounds or participation in any project of The Aloud Charity
4.    You/the choir member agrees not to appear on any current affairs program, television program, radio interviews, in any press interviews, or in any other publicity purporting to represent The Aloud Charity or to speak on behalf of The Aloud Charity unless The Aloud Charity has agreed to that publicity in writing in advance.
