Terms and Conditions

By enrolling my child at The Dance Well Centre, I accept responsibility for payment of the tuition fees for all classes in which my child is enrolled. I understand that The Dance Well Centre may take photos and videos of centre classes, events and performances and that any photographs or footage captured may be used for centre purposes including publicity at a later date. If I do not wish my child's face to feature in these images, it is my responsibility to communicate this with The Dance Well Centre staff.

The Dance Well Centre is not liable for any personal injury sustained or any loss of personal property whilst at classes. We aim to offer a safe environment and take every precaution to reduce the risk of injury, however parents and students should be aware that from time to time injuries can occur and students must accept this risk.
