Terms and Conditions

1.  Fees are payable on or before the first lesson of term and are non refundable.
2.  One full term's** notice in writing is required before withdrawal from each attended class otherwise the term's fees will be due and payable.
3.  The Drama Academy reserves the right to substitute teachers.
4.  Cancelled private lessons will only be replaced at the discretion of The Drama Academy.
5.  TDA teachers regularly take class photographs/ individual photographs for 'stars of the week'.  Group and individual photos (alongside first names) will be published on websites and social media or in the local press.  Full names will only be published alongside photos with the express permission of parent/guardian.  You must specify in the class manager parent portal if you do not consent to photographs being taken or published.
6. I consent to TDA keeping a record of the following details; parent name(s) student name, date of birth, gender, ethnicity and address. I understand that some or all of these details may be provided to companies including but not restricted to, Examination boards (including LAMDA), Festivals, local councils, theatres & performance companies (such as class talent) when entering students for examinations or for performance licences where necessary.
7.  There is a £30 registration fee payable to join TDA (per student). This will be deducted from the final term's** invoice provided that a full 12 weeks notice of leaving is given, in writing.
**A full term refers to 12 teaching weeks, TDA operates 3 terms per year (Spring, Summer and Autumn)
