General
ArtVille Pro is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from being served. No shows and late cancellation have an impact on service quality while punishing customers who may show up earlier. For these reasons, ArtVille Pro has implemented general and cancellation policies that will be strictly observed.
General Liability
ArtVille Pro accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal items from the classes, waiting area or changing rooms.
All students are expected to conduct themselves sensibly during class and show respect to fellow students and teachers. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Communicating With Parents
We use Class Manager Application for our emails, billing and updates. In addition to this, we post all information and copies of newsletters on the website; please check regularly to ensure you are up to date.
Complaints Procedure
If you have any queries, concerns or complaints at any time, please do not hesitate to contact us. However, we ask that you do not disturb instructors whilst teaching. Please make arrangements at reception and the teacher will contact you as soon as they can. If you have an official complaint, you can put it in writing with our office manager.
Discipline & Behavior
We teach our students in a structured environment and encourage excellent behavior and knowledge of etiquette. We do, however, reserve the right to dismiss a student who is considered to be consistently disruptive. We will also advise parents if a child is not yet ready to join a structured class. Usually, an alternative is offered or it is suggested to try out again when the child is a little older.
Private Lessons
Private lessons are available for most activities. Lessons can be arranged with the individual instructor and the studio space is booked for the lesson.
Class Progression
Students are assessed at regular intervals by the teacher and may be moved up to the next class. It is at the discretion of the teacher to monitor the progress of the student. Classes are assessed based on age and ability. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to ask at any time.
Timetable
ArtVille Pro reserves the right to alter the timetable at any given time. If classes are unable to run in person due to staff or customer isolation or center closures, they will be rescheduled or livestreamed.
Cancellation
Sickness
You are solely responsible to ensure not sending your child to class if he or she is sick. If your child has had a temperature or vomited in the previous 24 hours, do not attend class! If you or anyone in your household have experienced symptoms of a virus infection or illness, please do not attend the studio.
Any teacher at ArtVille Pro can refuse entry or send home a child if the child appears to be ill with either a temperature, rash or serious illness.
Photography and Film for Publicity
Photography and/or film may be made during class/performance by teachers/members of staff only. Photographs and/or film for publicity are to be found on our website, social media, photographs, posters and/or flyers only. If you do not consent, please specify to opt out before registering your student or submit your request in writing to us.
Parents’ Responsibilities
Class Fees
- A registration fee is paid by each member upon enrollment. Enrollment occurs on a yearly or trimester basis.
- Drama, Music, Arts, Dance -Fitness, Classical Ballet Studios fees are billed on trimester basis.
- Memberships run throughout the year. Please be aware that you are paying for a membership place in the class.
Fees are non-refundable if a student is absent from classes or on holiday. Weekly payments are not accepted. All bills will be electronically mailed to parents or students with the calculation of any applied discounts. Currently, all payments should be made in cash only until further notice.
Discounts
We offer a 5% sibling discount. Attending multiple classes offers additional discounts. The system will automatically calculate your discount on your monthly bill and you shall be informed accordingly.
