Terms and Conditions

 

I agree to waive any claim against the Martial Arts Centre and /or its instructors for any injury arising from/or during training in regularly scheduled classes, private classes, grading, exhibitions, or any other related school activities whether caused by negligence or otherwise. However, I understand that this does not prohibit me making any reasonable claim for injury on the personal insurance, which is included in my regular monthly class fees. 

I understand that the Martial Arts Centre and /or its instructors assume no responsibility, under any circumstances, for loss of property of any kind.

I understand that the Monthly Training Fees are being processed through Class Manager using Stripe to debit the card I have provided and that any missed classes or fees are non-refundable but can be made up in a 3-month time frame starting from the missed class.

I understand that I can be cancel any time, and that it is my responsibility to inform the Martial arts centre by email ([email protected]) with 10 working days’ notice.  All payments are taken on the 1st Month and non-refundable.

I understand that the Centre is closed for 4 weeks of the year, which have been prorated into my payments.

I understand, that if I pause my payments for any reason, my space is not guaranteed. There is no pausing of payments in July, August and December due to the prorated Payments.

I understand that The Martial Arts Centre and its Instructors reserve the right, without giving reason, to refuse a student, participation in any lesson, if they feel the student is in any way unfit to take part.
