Terms and Conditions

I agree to waive any claim against the Martial Arts Centre and /or its instructors for any injury arising from/or during training in regularly scheduled classes, private classes, grading, exhibitions, or any other related school activities whether caused by negligence or otherwise. However, I understand that this does not prohibit me making any reasonable claim for injury on the personal insurance, which is included in my regular monthly class fees.

I understand that the Martial Arts Centre and /or its Instructors assume no responsibility, under any circumstances, for loss of property of any kind.

I understand that the Monthly Training Fees are being processed through Class for Kids using Stripe to debit the card you have provided them with, and that if any classes missed, fees are not refundable, but you are allowed to catch up on any missed classes in a 3 month time frame. Your monthly fees take into account the 4 weeks we are closed for the year.

Payments can be cancelled any time and it is your responsibility to let us know when you want to stop your payments. If you wish to stop, but have already paid for the month, we are not able to provide a refund. All Payments are taken on the 1st of the Month.

The Martial Arts Centre and its Instructors reserve the right, without giving reason, to refuse a student, participation in any lesson, if they feel the student is in any way unfair to take part.
