• .We reserve the right to refuse an application

• .Fees for the following term, are payable no later than the last day of the current term. Late payment can jeopardise the smooth running of the Centres and the experience for others. It can also result in your place being lost.

• .Fees are non-refundable if a student leaves during the term at any point or is absent for any reason.

• .You must inform us of any specific information which is not included on this application form.

• .We accept students on the assumption that they are in good health. No responsibility will be taken for injury or illness.

• .All students are expected to conduct themselves sensibly and respectfully during all classes, we have a zero bullying and bad behaviour policy. Students who cannot adhere to this will be asked to leave.

• .If a Student causes any damage to company equipment or property through misuse or reckless behaviour, costs will be recovered from the Parents.

• .We do not accept responsibility for loss of monies, personal affects or properties.

• .We reserve the right to alter the curriculum arrangements and staffing without notice.

• .Students are required to wear the correct uniform and shoes at all times during Classes, rehearsals and at times, performances.

• .Personal information collected from you is subject to our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations

• .For The Stage Centre students half a terms notice must be given in writing, or half a term's fees in lieu when a Student wishes to leave. (This does not apply to The Dance Centre)
