Terms and Conditions

1) Absences/Refunds

We are unable to offer monetary refunds as we rely on income from classes to sustain our small charity and outreach work. You are able to sign up for a trial to decide the suitability of our class/programme for you, before committing to a full course of classes.

If you have been absent for more than half a course of classes, or a term of company rehearsals, due to illness, injury or ongoing unforeseen emergency circumstances that arise during the classes you have signed up for, please contact us in writing to request a partial credit note. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to use our discretion when offering credit notes. We are unable to provide credit notes for individual missed classes.
