Terms and Conditions

TRIAL POLICY 

TTDS has the right to forfeit any trials that fail to arrive at the class and or give us at least 1 hour's notice that they will not be attending. Rescheduled trials may not be available in this case. 

Students must bring socks to their trial class - shoes will be given free of charge for the trial but then must be paid for within the first 2 weeks if continuing on through our optional hire system. 

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to class - late arrival of more than 5 minutes may result in your child not being able to participate. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Age and Enrollment:

Tiny Twirls Ages 18 months - 2.5 years

Preschool 2.5 - 3.5

Kinder - 3.5 - 4.5

Parental/Guardian Consent:

Parents must participate and help in class if their child is reluctant to have the teacher help them. Parents are to sit in the class and aren't allowed to leave the room for the whole duration of the class. Parents are also responsible for toilet breaks.

Liability and Waiver:

In the case of a medical emergency at the dance studio involving your child and an ambulance is called you will be responsible for the ambulance fee even if you don't have private or ambulance cover.

Class Schedules and Attendance:

Class timetables may change based on studio availability, class numbers and teacher availability. We will try and give 2 weeks notice where possible before making changes. 

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

No refunds will be given on classes, shoe hire or enrollment fees once fees have been paid. 

Attendance

Failure to attend for 3 weeks straight without informing the studio may result in termination of your child's enrollment in the class. Re-enrollment may be allowed pending class numbers

SHOE RETURN 

All hired shoes must be returned to the studio within 2 weeks of terminating enrollment. In addition, students who have missed classes for 3+ weeks or who will not be re-enrolling in the new year must also return all shoes within 2 weeks. Shoe deposits will not be returned if the return falls outside of this time frame. 

PHOTOS & SOCIAL MEDIA 

Consent for individual photos is provided or withheld at enrollment. We will never take individual photos of students who have not provided consent at enrollment. 

Additionally, all students may at times, have their photo taken as part of a larger group shot either at events or in class. These may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not want your child to be included in larger group photos please advise us via email.
