Terms and Conditions

General Studio Policies: Upon registration you will receive our complete handbook outlining important dates and fees 

• A $20 registration fee is due for all childrens classes. Registration fee is paid once per dance year per dancer. Adult dancers are exempt from this fee. 
• Dancers and their families are expected to demonstrate and encourage positive behaviour and attitudes. 
  
• The dance year runs from September to June. When you register for classes, you register for the entire dance year. Adult classes are 12 week sessions, requiring a new registration every 12 dance weeks. 
• Childrens class fees are for the complete dance year, divided into three installments. Adult classes are due per session. 
• Class placement will be based on the age and ability of the dancers and is up to the studios discretion. 
• Classes may be cancelled or merged if minimum registration is not met. 
• Dancers are expected to follow the dress code outlined in our handbook. 
• Dancers withdrawing from class must email the studio to do so. There will be no refunds for registration fee, costume deposits or fees already paid. 
• Dancers will not be credited or refunded for classes missed.
