For children's classes:

**Fees must be paid in full via card, BACS or cash before the start of each term and are non-refundable.

Payments paid later than the above stated timescales will incur a £5 penalty fee per week overdue.

Students must not receive training at another performing arts school whilst attending Top Hat Theatre School without express permission from our Principal. We reserve the right to cancel the place of any student found to be in breach of this.

**All class fees are payable regardless of attendance.

As fees are paid a term in advance, therefore a full term’s notice is required if you no longer wish to attend classes and fees are payable during this period.

Once a pupil has completed their settling in period at the School, they are required to wear the Top Hat Theatre School uniform for all classes. This includes having hair styled in the correct manner. Please see the uniform list on the website for more details www.tophattheatreschool.co.uk

Uniform must clearly have the pupil’s name labelled inside so that the owner can easily be identified.

To enrol as a pupil at Top Hat Theatre School (with the exception of attending workshops), you must not be receive training at another dance / theatre / performing arts school. If you are found to be in breach of this condition, we reserve the right to refuse further tuition due to a conflict of interest. In this circumstance there will be no refund of fees already paid.

Workshops must be paid for in full prior to its commencement. Sometimes a discounted 'early bird' rate is offered. Where this is in place, payment in full must be received by the stated payment date invoiced, otherwise the right to any discount will be forfeited.

Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated as disruption of classes will hinder other’s learning (full code of conduct is available to view on our website). 

Jewellery is not to be worn for classes, as this is a health and safety hazard. (Small studs may be worn in pierced ears.)

**There is to be no chewing gum on the premises.

**No food or drink is allowed to be taken into class with the exception of water.

**Top Hat Theatre School is not responsible for personal possessions that are damaged or lost whilst on the premises.
