Terms and Conditions

Membership

            Our club operatesanopen to all membership policy.

            Annual British Gymnastics membership and insurance is required for                            all gymnasts and trampolinists from parent and toddler classes through to                adult classes.  The Club will collect the payment at the beginning of your first full month and pass on to BG, when it will become non refundable.

Fees

            There are 48 sessions per year (2 weeks off at Christmas, 1 at Easter & 1 in Aug.)

Fees are paid in advance for each month by Direct Debit Mandate and are non-refundable or transferable.

Each month you will receive an emailed invoice for your fees, this also includes an optional 35p donation which can be gift aided if possible and used towards the purchase of new or replacement equipment.

            There are various tiers of family reductions.

You will be charged a £5 surcharge for late payment of fees after the 10 days of every month.

Any missed sessions due to illness, holidays or general absence are non-refundable.  In the event of a serious long term illness, your fees may be credited to the next month, after completing an on line application form.

            There is a complete calendar of session dates on the Club’s website and the next month’s dates, along with personal details and your accounts can be seen in the ClassManger App or portal login.  

Please inform us if your child no longer requires their place. After 2 weeks of uninformed absences their place maybe taken by the next person on the waiting list.

Cancelation Policy – Please email by the 20th of the current month to enable us to cancel the upcoming monthly direct debit.

 Drivers: we operate a one way system,                                                                            with strict entrance and exit gateways.

There are limited spaces in the Club’s car park, there are some spaces on the road.  

Please DO NOT park or wait in the Yellow hatched area.

The designated foot path MUST be kept clear at all times.

The disabled parking bay is for approved blue badge holders only.                  PTO

Torbay Olympic Gymnastics Club Rules

Gymnasts

Suitable Clothing must be worn. No metal buttons / zips, dresses or jeans.

Hair must be tied back, male & female.

No Jewellery or body piercings, including earrings.

No food or shoes are allowed inside the gym.

Gymnasts must not enter the gym until told to by the warm - up coach.

Gymnasts must not use any apparatus unless a coach is present.       

Discipline and safety must be observed at all times,                                                                  see the Behaviour Policy for details.                                                                                   

 

Parents

           Children under 11 MUST be collected from inside the building at all times, and we would prefer that all gymnasts/trampolinists are collected from within the building.

Please ensure your child is on time for their warm-up, as this is an essential part of their lesson.

Please complete/update your child’s contact/medical details on your class manager portal.

Parental viewing is from the reception window only, do not give gymnast's instructions during the session it will confuse them and place them in danger. 

It is also not acceptable to video or take pictures through the windows or cctv display for the Trampoline room.

Please do not block the doorways into the gym as these are emergency exits.          

No Smoking or Vaping on these premises, this includes the carparks and driveways.

Please read fire notices on display in the waiting area.

The Club is a non-profit making organisation, is registered as a Community Amateur Sports Club and has a member's committee.

The Club is affiliated to British Gymnastics and adheres to and agrees with all its rules, and policies on equal opportunities, ethics and child protection.
