Treetop Arts Ltd

Terms and Conditions

What happens if we have overdue fees?
Participants who owe Treetop Arts funds must settle their accounts before the conclusion of the term; otherwise, Treetop Arts will decline them future bookings until their accounts are current. To avoid missing out on registrations for our classes, please make sure your fees and communications are up to date.

How do I book classes?
Before attending a class at Treetop Arts, you must first enrol. Please visit treetoparts.com to book a class online. To secure your spot in class, you must submit a payment at the end of your booking via credit card.

How do I apply my active or creative kids voucher?

To use these vouchers, you must enter your voucher information in your customer profile, under customer attributes. We will only accept vouchers from Week 8 to Week 1 of the term. This is where you will input your voucher number as well as the information for the child to whom the voucher will be assigned. Please double-check the information because it is difficult to redeem vouchers if it is inaccurate. Following this procedure, our team will apply a credit to your account, which will be automatically applied to any invoices when booking your activities.

TERM CLASSES

MAKE UP CLASSES
If you are unable to attend class due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, please email [email protected] to arrange a make-up lesson at a later date during the term. When you attend a make-up class, you are attending a class on our schedule that you would not normally attend. For example, if you miss a parkour 1 class, you may need to schedule parkour 1 on a different day for the next week in addition to your regular class. Alternatively, you may join in a similar class, such as tumbling 1. Each student can receive a maximum of 3 make up lessons a term. We will not reimburse students for any additional weeks missed unless we are told in advance, prior to the commencement of the term. For further details, please check our credit and refund policy.

WHAT IF I MISS A CLASS IN WEEK 10?
If you miss a class in week 10 (and it's due to something that you cannot attend another lesson ahead of time) we will schedule a make-up lesson in week 2 for the following term.

REFUND POLICY ON TERM CLASSES
Any unprecedented incident or major injury that prevents students from being able to fulfil the rest of the terms paid classes, Treetop Arts will credit 50% of the remaining term fee, which will be valid for 3 months.

Some examples of expectations/ boundaries are (but not limited to)

- listening

- using manners and kindness when speaking to others
