Terms and Conditions

Tri.Art Dance Academy Terms and Conditions:

Welcome to Tri.Art Dance Academy, we are delighted that you have chosen for Tri.Art to provide your son/daughter with classes and hope that they will grow into confident, happy dancers.

Parent/carers are very welcome to stay to watch the first class with their child however we find that students settle faster when left independently, and after the first session we ask you to drop your child at the door with our front of house team. We will hold termly ‘open classes’ for you to come along and observe their progress (when Covid-19 restrictions are lifted)

Please read the following conditions of entry, for us to continue to do what we do best:

1. Fees are to be paid in full at the beginning of the term, unless a payment plan has been previously agreed. A late payment charge of 10% will be added to any unpaid bills after our 2-week payment window, and if fees are still owing after 3 weeks we will withdraw the student from class(es) until payment has been received in full.

2. Fees are based on a 12 week term. If you wish to withdraw from classes at any point, you will provide 6 weeks' notice or pay half the term fees in lieu of notice.

3. Should you wish to withdraw mid-way through the term, refunds will not be given.

4. Fees are subject to change, and you will be notified at least 6 weeks prior to any changes.

5. You will comply with our uniform policy at all times, our uniform must be purchased from our in-house uniform team. We have sourced a range of uniform that is both affordable and adheres to the uniform policy of our examination boards.

6. Parents/guardians will keep Tri.Art updated with any relevant medical, and personal information that may affect their childs

6. Appropriate behavior towards our students, teaching staff and environment is to be observed at all times. A students place at the dance school may be forfeited in the case of behavioural issues. Our priority as a dance school is to provide a safe supportive environment for our dancers and teachers.

8. Tri.Art does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to property left on the premises.

9. Tri.Art holds the appropriate personal information for each student, and will only share this with our governing examination bodies.
