Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ

• Tuition: Monthly tuition is due by the 1st of the month through June 2021.  All tuition is to be paid monthly unless you are paying in full.
• Card On File: All students must keep a card on file and that card will be charged on the 1st of the month, or the next business day, if tuition has not been paid.
• Costumes + Performances: Are an additional fee and will be invoiced October 1st and January 15th.  All costumes and participation in performances are optional, you will not be billed a costume invoice if you do not wish to participate in the performance.  All costumes are made to order and are non-refundable. Performances require tickets for attendees, typically $15, or a performance fee, which is all inclusive, and will be assessed based upon the venue. 
• Registration Fee: A place will not be held for your student unless the registration form and registration fee have been received via our website.  Class sizes are extremely limited and are filled on a first come, first serve basis. 
• Tuition Enrollment Agreement: I am enrolling my child/myself at Tu Left Feet, LLC for the 2021-2022 season. I understand that a place will be reserved for my child/myself, and will therefore be liable for the total tuition due payable under the terms set forth.  If I/my child do not complete the full term, I am still liable for all tuition due through June 2022, unless there is a medical condition for which I have provided a physician’s note and 30 days written notice.
  
• No Refund Policy: I also understand that there is no refund given for any missed classes, regardless of closings due to inclement weather, mandated shut downs/stay at home orders or ability to perform in class, recitals, or performances.
• Participation: I am aware that tuition payments are due by the 1st of the month and if my tuition is not paid by this date, Tu Left Feet, LLC has the right to refuse my child/myself participation in the class.  
• Late Fees: All tuition received after the 1st of the month will carry a $20 late fee.
• Returned Check Fees: I also understand that any checks returned by the bank will carry a returned check fee of $35.00 per check.   
• Release of Claims and Treatment Authorization:  I am aware that dance, yoga, gymnastic and any physical exercise associated with it, place unusual stress on the body and carry with them the risk of physical injury.  On behalf of my child and/or myself, I assume this risk and agree that  Tu Left Feet, LLC and its staff shall not be liable in anyway for the injuries sustained during attendance at the studio, located at 13110 Midlothian Turnpike, Midlothian, VA 23113 or any of its away functions.  I grant my child/myself permission to participate in the 2021-2022 season; and  I release and discharge any claims, demands, actions, judgments, and executions to which the students, heirs, executors, administrators or assigns may have, or may claim to have against Tu Left Feet, LLC, its successors, its assigns for all personal injuries caused by, or from the above activities or any activities related.  Further, I grant, Tu Left Feet, LLC and its employees permission to authorize any emergency medical treatment that may be required during the 2021-2022 season.
• Attendance Policy: Students are expected to regularly attend classes in order to progress and learn essential choreography.  All students will be learning new choreography each week, so any student missing more than 2 classes between September and December OR 3 classes between January and June will be required to attend private lessons to learn missed choreography at the instructor's hourly rate.  Any student more than 15-20 minutes late to a class will be asked to observe class due to missing essential warm ups.  
• Electronic Signature Agreement: I have received or will obtain a copy of Tu Left Feet, LLC's Terms & Conditions and will take the responsibility to carefully read and follow the rules and policies therein.  I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document. I have read and understood it, and I agree to be bound by its terms.  By selecting the checkbox, I am signing this agreement electronically. I agree this electronic signature is the legal equivalent of my manual signature on this agreement.
