Terms and Conditions
1. Students must be appropriately groomed and wear the requisite uniform and footwear for all classes and performances.
2. Students are expected to arrive and be collected on time from the studio entrance. Parents are not permitted in the studio during class. No responsibility will be taken for students left waiting after class.
3. Students should be courteous and well mannered to the Two Shoes Dance Academy team, parents, students and the wider dance community and must conduct themselves in line with the school’s values at all times. Consequences for inappropriate behaviour include verbal warnings, suspension and may lead to expulsion.
4. If a student wishes to participate in classes or perform outside the Two Shoes Dance Academy, the principal Caroline White must be informed.
5. Teachers at Two Shoes Dance Academy must be informed of any injuries or medical conditions that a student may suffer from which could potentially affect the student while under instruction during class.
6. Students entering and leaving Two Shoes Dance Academy while not under instruction do so at their own risk.
7. Parents/Guardians or other family/friends entering and leaving the Two Shoes Dance Academy do so at their own risk.
8. Students dance at their own risk.
9. Two Shoes Dance Academy retains the right to photograph during dance lessons and performances and such photographs may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
10. All fees are to be paid up front in advance at the commencement of term and are non - refundable.
11. Parents/Guardians should be courteous and well mannered to the Two Shoes Dance Academy team, parents, students and the wider dance community and must conduct themselves in line with the school’s values at all times. Consequences for inappropriate behaviour may lead to cancelation of a student’s enrolment.
12. Students and their family/friends must not photograph or video during dance lessons, rehearsals or performances.
13. All social media and online content posted by a student or their family/friends in any way related to Two Shoes Dance Academy must be in line with the school’s values. Appropriate legal action will be taken for any breach of publications and may lead to cancelation of a student’s enrolment.
