Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling your child with Urban Motion. By participating in our classes, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Child's Safety and Well-being:

   a. It is the parent or guardian's responsibility to inform the organizers of any relevant medical or behavioral conditions that may affect the child's participation.

   b. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child is physically and emotionally capable of participating in the class.

   

2. Class Conduct:

   a. Participants are expected to treat instructors, staff, and other participants with respect, kindness, and inclusivity.

   b. Inappropriate behavior, including harassment, bullying, or any form of discrimination, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination from the class.

3. Photography and Media Release:

   a. By enrolling your child in the class, you grant Urban Motion the permission to capture photographs, videos, or other media recordings of your child during program activities unless you have previously denied permission on the registration form.

   b. Urban Motion reserves the right to use these materials for promotional and educational purposes, including but not limited to, website content, social media, and marketing materials.

4. Liability and Release:

   a. Urban Motion and its instructors shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the class, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

   b. Parents or guardians assume all risks associated with their child's participation in the class and agree to release Urban Motion from any liability.

5. Program Changes and Cancellations:

   a. Urban Motion reserves the right to modify the class schedule, curriculum, or instructors at its discretion.

   b. In the event of class cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, Urban Motion will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or refunds.

6. Privacy Policy:

   a. All personal information provided during enrollment will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. We will not share or sell your personal information to third parties.

7. Marketing Policy:

   a. Mailing System Inclusion: By enrolling in our programs, you agree to be included in our mailing system. This allows us to keep you informed about exciting updates, upcoming events, exclusive offers, and relevant information related to Urban Motion.

   b. Opt-Out Option: We understand the importance of choice. If, at any time, you wish to opt-out of our mailing system, you will have the option to do so. We respect your preferences and want to ensure your experience with us aligns with your individual needs.

   c. Transparency: Urban Motion is committed to transparency in our marketing practices. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the use of your personal information, please feel free to contact us. We are here to provide clarity and uphold the trust you place in us.

By enrolling with Urban Motion, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in our Marketing Policy. We look forward to keeping you engaged and informed through our mailing system.

8. Payment Policy

a. Weekly Invoicing for Classes: Classes are invoiced every week. Payment must be made within 7 days of receipt. Failure to do so will result in a late payment fee added to your account.

b. Automatic Enrolment: Students will be automatically enrolled for the full season of classes. If your child cannot attend a class, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will still be charged for the booking.

c. Camps: Camps are on a pay-as-you-go basis. Payment must be made before attending the camp.

d. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept card payments, cash, contactless payments, bank transfer, and direct debit.

9. Termination and Withdrawal: 

a. Urban Motion reserves the right to terminate a child's enrolment for any breach of these terms and conditions.

b. Parents or guardians wishing to withdraw their child from the class must provide notice at least 14 days in advance. If you withdraw your child without notice, you will still be charged for up to 14 days. 

10. Health and Safety Compliance: 

a. Urban Motion follows all local health and safety guidelines. Parents and guardians must ensure their child complies with these regulations.

b. In the event of illness, parents or guardians must keep their child at home and inform Urban Motion as soon as possible.
