FEE STRUCTURE
Fees are collected monthly in advance. If joining half way through the month your first payment will be on a pro-rata basis. An annual £25 club membership is due for all classes except pre school. This is non-refundable.
BRITISH GYMNASTICS MEMBERSHIP
All classes except dance, cheer and pre school adult & child classes require British Gymnastics annual membership to be in place by your child's third session which renews every October for 12 months until the following September at a cost of £14 for under 5's and £20 for 5 years+. This is purchased direct via British Gymnastics https://www.british-gymnastics.org/gymnet/register/registerstart.
PAYMENT PROCEDURE
Training fees are paid on or just after 1st of each month by Direct Debit which is set up on registering with UG. If fees are not collected at this time a £5.00 late fee will be applied to all outstanding fees after this date. Persistence in paying fees late will result in your child’s membership being revoked and losing their place. All payments are through GoCardless and UTOPIAACTIVE will be the description on your bank statement. No payment = no training or participation until payment is made.
NOTICE PERIOD
We require 4 weeks’ paid notice in writing via email for all cancellations to [email protected].
CLUB CLOSURES
As a business we reserve the right to cancel up to 8% of sessions per annum without amending any direct debit payments.

WE ARE OPEN AS NORMAL THROUGHOUT EVERY SCHOOL HOLIDAY AND BANK HOLIDAY WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE ABOVE.
