Terms and Conditions

Please take time to read these terms and conditions carefully before enrolment forms are submitted. It contains important information designed to safeguard the well-being of our pupils and to ensure that the good name of our studio continues to be associated with high-quality teaching and the enjoyment of dance.


 1. Registration and Enrolment:

   a. All students must complete a registration form online prior to enrolling in any dance class.

   b. Enrolment is on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to class availability.

   c. Prior dance experience or skill level may be required for certain advanced classes.


2. Tuition and Payment:

   a. Tuition fees are payable 1 month in advance and are non-refundable

   b. Payment can be made in cash, Card, or Bank transfer.

   c. Late fees may be applied if payment is not received by the due date.

   d. A costume fee may be required for participation in shows or performances.


3. Attendance and Punctuality:

   a. Regular attendance is expected for all classes.

   b. Students should arrive at least 5 minutes before their scheduled class time.

   c. If a student is unable to attend a class, they should inform the studio in advance.

  

4. Dress Code:

   a. Students are required to adhere to the studio's dress code for each class.

   b. Proper dance attire, such as leotards, tights, dance shoes, and hair tied back neatly, is mandatory. (No dresses or jeans to be worn to classes)

   c. Students not dressed appropriately may be asked to sit out or observe class.



5. Behavior and Discipline:

   a. Students are expected to show respect towards instructors, staff, and fellow dancers.

   b. Disruptive behaviour, bullying, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated.

   c. Any student consistently displaying disruptive behaviour may be asked to leave the studio.

   d. Parents/guardians are responsible for the behaviour and actions of their children while on the premises.


6. Studio Facilities and Safety:

   a. Students should keep the studio clean and tidy, disposing of any rubbish appropriately.

   b. Food and drinks (except water) are not allowed in the dance studios.

   c. Students should follow all safety guidelines provided by the instructors.

   d. The studio is not responsible for any personal belongings, lost or stolen items.


7. Communication:

   a. The studio will communicate important information through emails, newsletters, or a designated parent portal.

   b. Parents are responsible for regularly checking their emails and staying informed about studio updates.

   c. Parents are encouraged to communicate any concerns or questions to the studio management.


8. Liability:

   a. Participation in dance classes and activities is at the student's own risk.

   b. The studio is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or medical conditions that may occur during classes or events.


By enrolling in our dance studio, students and parents/guardians agree to abide by these policies. The studio reserves the right to make changes to these policies as necessary and will communicate any updates in a timely manner.
