I understand that classes are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once booked.
I agree to inform Vibe Dance Academy prior to the end of a half term block if my child no longer requires a space in their class for the following half-term.
I will not send my child to class if they have any infectious illness, and will wait 48 hours following any sickness before my child returns to class.
I agree to follow Vibe Dance Academy's uniform policy, and understand that my child must not wear any jewellery to class (earrings pierced within 6 weeks can be covered with tape prior to arrival at class but after 6 weeks must be removed) and that long hair must be tied back.
For babyballet® classes, I agree to follow the class rules for babyballet®.
I understand that payment for each term must be made in full prior to the start of each term. If a payment plan is in place, payments must be completed for a term once it has begun.
I understand that to cancel a direct debit and cancel my place in a class, I must email [email protected] 2 working days before the payment is due to be requested, to allow time for the direct debit to be cancelled.
I understand that failed direct debit payments will incur a failed payment fee of £5 per payment.
