We collect and store your personal information when you enrol into Welight Art Space’s classes, workshop or events. We only collect your personal information for the purpose of responding to your enquiries, process your registration, booking and enrolment, and sending you our promotional material. If you do not wish to receive any email from us containing promotional material, please notify us that you wish to unsubscribe from our mailing list or you can simply unsubscribe at the bottom of our email. 

All information that you supply to Welight Art Space may be disclosed to our employees, contractors and our website provider, other than the aforementioned, we will not disclose your information to any other person without your express consent, except where required by law. We do not retain any credit card information that you provide.

Consent to being photographed

You acknowledge that we will take photos and videos of you or our students during classes, workshops and exhibition of artworks. These photos and videos are used for Welight Art Space’s marketing purposes such as advertisement, brochures, social media, editorials and website. These photos will not be sold to any third parties and will be used exclusively by and for Welight Art Space.

By enrolling in any classes, workshop and events, you authorise, consent and grant Welight Art Space the right to:

1. Record you (photo and video form) during classes, workshops and exhibitions,
2. Edit the photo at Welight Art Space’s discretion; and
3. Publish the photo and video on our website and promotional materials.
4. that you will not receive any remuneration from us; and
5. to release Welight Art Space from any infringement or violation of personal and/or property rights.

If you do not wish to grant consent to us taking your photos and video, please provide us with written notice in advance before your enrolment or prior to the commencement of classes, workshop or event.
