Child Protection

WDA aims to provide a safe, happy and pleasant environment for children to learn to dance. We believe children should be safe and secure regardless of age, gender, religion or disability. All children will be treated with respect and any concerns will be listened to and acted upon if required. Wicked Dance Academy will follow the following guidelines with regards to Photography and Filming:

1.  Any imagines of children posted to our Facebook page, website or Instagram page will only state the child's first name.

2.  Only imagines deemed suitable will be used.

3.  Any concerns regarding photos on our Facebook, Website or Instagram page can speak with the principals, Lyn Sullivan or Jess Wanders, to discuss them same and appropriate action will be taken, if required.

4.  Any concerns about inappropriate use of images can report the same by email to [email protected] or speak with the principals, Lyn Sullivan or Jess Wanders, for appropriate action to be taken and will be reported to the appropriate authorities if required.

5.  Parents and spectators taking photographs or film at any event are to avoid inappropriate or intrusive photography. Please take into consideration the WDA Professional Photographer and aim to not be in the way of any potential photographs.
