Xposure Center Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Xposure Center, a premier sport and fitness center. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in any of our programs or services:

1. Fee Payment: All fees must be paid in full prior to attending any classes or sessions. Payments can be made through our link, cash app, and or cash. NON REFUNDABLE

2. Registration: Participants must complete the registration process, including any required forms and waivers, before attending their first class.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for class rescheduling. Any same day cancellations will result in a $20  additional fee. Refunds are not available for missed classes without prior notification.

4. Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, positive, and welcoming manner. Xposure Center reserves the right to remove any individual who does not adhere to this standard.

5. Liability Waiver: By participating in our programs, you agree to waive and release Xposure Center from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during your participation. 

6. Health and Safety: Participants must adhere to all health and safety guidelines as outlined by Xposure Center. This includes proper use of equipment and following staff instructions.

7. Privacy Policy: Personal information collected during registration is kept confidential and is used solely for the purpose of managing your participation in Xposure Center programs.
