It is necessary that we have access to the contact information requested on your enrolment form in order to keep you fully up to date with invoices, timetable changes and other notices directly related to your ballet classes. It is also essential that we have a record of any medical conditions and an emergency contact number to hand should we ever require it.
We retain your submitted enrolment form safely and securely and the staff of Yorkshire Ballet Institute all understand their strict responsibility to maintain confidentiality.

You can request to see, amend or update the information we keep at any time and any outdated records will be deleted.
Should you ever wish to retract permission for us to hold your information you are free to do so at any time. In this circumstance all copies of your data will be deleted. This would result in us no longer having the required information to keep you enrolled and as a result attendance to YBI would no longer be permitted.
Should you wish to cease your enrolment at YBI, your details will remain on file until the end of your current term, after which all our records are updated and your details will be deleted.
