Bookings and Payment 

ZKT Dance Academy does not provide drop-in classes for children and young people on all term time courses. All courses must be booked in advance. New students may join courses during the term subject to availability and authorization of the ZKT Dance Academy management team. If there are no spaces on a requested course when booking, then ZKT will aim to provide an alternative option where possible.

School Clubs must be book and paid for before the first class of term, classes will NOT be refunded if the school were to close on the day of the club, or your child is absent from the club. We will always do our best to accommodate any issues surrounding classes isolating or classes closed due to Covid. 

 We are always there to be accommodating as possible with payment plans. But ZKT have the right to refuse entry to our classes if class fees haven't been paid.

Illness or Injury

Teachers need to be informed if a child is feeling unwell or has an injury prior to them taking class.

On your contact information form we require details of any relevant medical issues, and if your child is taking medication which they may need to administer themselves.

Please DO NOT bring your child to any of our classes if they are displaying any COVID symptoms. 

Mobile Phones

The school will not be liable for any losses or damages. Mobile phones must not be used during class.
