Acro Dance Lvl 2 Technique (Weekly)

For dancers able to do unsupported handstand, cartwheel and bridge push up. Classes include proper stretching and strengthening exercises as well as acrobatic dance tricks. Classes are based on Acrobatic Arts syllabus.
