Acro Dance Lvl 3 Technique (Weekly)

For dancers able to do unsupported front limber, chinstand and the following cartwheels: one-handed/pop/dive. Classes include proper stretching and strengthening exercises as well as acrobatic dance tricks. Classes are based on Acrobatic Arts syllabus.
