Elevate Acro Dance Technique (Weekly)

For dancers able to do head/chin/elbow stand hold for 8 counts, one handed cartwheels on both sides, front walkover and back walkover. Classes include proper stretching and strengthening exercises as well as acrobatic dance tricks.
