PBT/Conditioning/Limbering (Weekly)

🏋️‍♀️This dynamic class focuses on building core strength, stability in joints, awareness of weaknesses and areas of inflexibility and increasing endurance. This class is designed to equip dancers with the tools they need to achieve their goals.
🩰 Clothing & Footwear: Comfortable clothing, bare feet or clean indoor trainers 🎀 Hair: Tied back if long enough 👀 Parents: You’re welcome to watch your child’s first class, although we find older children often prefer you don’t stay 📵 No photography or videos allowed 💧 Water: Please bring a full water bottle 🎉 Nothing to pay: Your child’s first class is completely free ⏰ Arrival: Please arrive a few minutes early – rushing is the last thing you want! 😄 Most importantly: Have lots of fun!
