SQUAD REHEARSALS (Weekly)

Rehearsals for students in November comp only
Trials cost £5.00 Some gymnastics/Acro experience is essential. You must be able to do down to bridge or be very close to it. Classes are at Ferring Village Hall. Please bring water. Bare feet is preferred. leotard and leggings, shorts, cycling shorts or reasonably fitted t-shirt preferred (so it doesn't fall over the head in handstands etc). We have a compulsory uniform if you take exams but no uniform is necessary if not. See you in class.
