Junior Contemporary (Weekly)

Junior Contemporary, for children year 4 upwards. Classes with a warm up focusing on strength and endurance aiding contemporary technique. Learning new ways of moving, rolling, sliding, jumping, swinging and more. Finding expression through movement.
