Junior Acrobatics (BG) (Weekly)

In acrobatics students will increase flexibility and strength through different core exercises to help them with tricks like cartwheels, forward and backward rolls, headstands, handstands, splits and bridges by following the UKA Dance Grade 2 to 4 syllabi
