Mini Cirque (Weekly)

Our dance cirque classes currently include silks, aerial hoop, trapeze, sling, hula hoop, juggling, poi, tumbling, hand balancing, strength, stretch and flex! A brilliant way to keep fit, build strength, have fun and learn lots of new skills along the way
