Adult Ballet -Allegro (Weekly)

Freework adult ballet classes with a short barre followed by centre work and low impact allegro. Suitable for all ages although some experience is useful. Everyone is able to work to their own capacity, all exercises can be adapted to suit individuals.
Trials are a great way to find out if a class is right for you. Trials are non-refundable but we will always try to rearrange if we can. After your trial let us know if you would like a place. Once you start classes with us you will be invoiced for the remainder of the term.
