Adult Ballet Beginner - Barre (Weekly)

Freework adult ballet with a focus on barre work. Excellent for over 50's but suitable for all. Gentle ballet with a focus on posture, strengthening and maintaining good mobility.
Adult Ballet class suitable for beginners and mature learners. Lots of Barre work for developing strength and stability. A good class to maintain flexibility of the body and the brain. Trials are non-refundable
