Adult ballet- Classic (Weekly)

Beginner- improver ballet class. This is a ballet class with a class format; barre, ports de bras, centre work and low impact allegro suitable for a range of ages from 20-60+ years. Exercises are adaptable and everyone works to their own ability.
Trials are non-refundable
