Acro 3 (Teen Mix) (Weekly)

More advanced level of Acro for those a little older. Students in this class should be able to do a bridge kickover, and a front limber as well as being proficient in the lower levels.
This is a great class for anyone in secondary school wanting to have a go at Acro. We’ve a mix of levels in this class so whether you’re new gymnastics and dance or you have a bit of experience it’s a great place to be.
