Circus Ages 12 Plus (Weekly)

This is a class for dancers aged 12+.. They will learn various aerial skills such as Silks and Aerial Hoop. In each session the will warm up, stretch, and strengthen our bodies ready for for using silks and hoop. Great for confidence, & Strength.
