Mini Freestyle and Acrobatic Arts (Weekly)

A combination of Freestyle dance and the Acrobatic Arts Syllabus Students will develop their general dance technique, strength and flexibility alongside learning how to safely execute skills such as rolls, cartwheels, handstands and bridges.
Students can wear whatever they feel comfortable in! Please bring a water bottle and have hair tied up. You can do this class barefoot or wear grip socks. The venue is on top of the little hill in Bishops, next to the church. (The other side of Mallory road than the village shop). If you follow the path up to the church you will find us. Free Parking is available on all roads surrounding the venue and adjacent to the village shop.
