Acrobatics Arts Group 4 - Beginners (Weekly)

This syllabus uses safe and effective progressions with proven results in five divisions of AcroDance: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling. This class is ideal for beginners.
Please note this class is in the main hall at Murray Park School. Please bring a bottle of water to the class as well as a gym or yoga mat if you have one. We look forward to seeing you!
