Stretch & Flex (Weekly)

Increase flexibility, body confidence and injury prevention. We only get one body and it's important to keep it safe & heathy for a lifetime. Regardless of age, body shape or ability every student CAN experience progression with these safe exercises.
This class is in Cedar Park Hall at Murray Park School. Please bring a bottle of water to the class and a gym or yoga mat if you have one. We look forward to seeing you!
