Grade One Ballet (Weekly)

ISTD Grade One Ballet syllabus. Classical dance of French origin. The class is divided into different sections including exercises at the ballet barre, adage (slow and controlled movements) and allegro (lively, jumping steps).
This class is in the Cedar Park hall at Murray Park School. Please bring a bottle of water to the class. We look forward to seeing you!
