Adult Int Lyrical (Weekly)

This class is a fusion of ballet, jazz and contemporary. Flowing, graceful, emotional and inspirational, learn to develop strength and flexibility as well as a new style. This class is suitable for those with experience in ballet and jazz.
Please make your way up to studio 1 just before class time. Don't forget to bring a bottle of water with you, grippy socks (trampoline ones are great!) ballet shoes if you have them or bare feet. Wear something you can move in eg/leggings/joggers and a t-shirt. We can't wait to see you at the studio!
