Adult Beginners Ballet (Weekly)

Adult Beginners Ballet is a class for those with no previous dance experience. We work at a slower pace to allow students to understand the exercises and concentrate on technique.
Please make your way up to studio 2 just before class time. Don't forget to bring a bottle of water with you, grippy socks (trampoline ones are great!) ballet shoes if you have them or bare feet. Wear something you can move in eg/leggings/joggers and a t-shirt. We can't wait to see you at the studio!
