Adult Int Ballet (Weekly)

Our intermediate class is for those with experience as these classes run at a faster pace. Our Ballet classes are about having fun, enjoying your lesson and coming away with some technique and fitness.
Please make your way up to studio 1 just before class time. Don't forget to bring a bottle of water with you, grippy socks (trampoline ones are great!) ballet shoes if you have them or bare feet. Wear something you can move in eg/leggings/joggers and a t-shirt. We can't wait to see you at the studio!
