BYO Baby (Weekly)

An upbeat, jazz-inspired dance fitness class for adults who want to move, laugh and feel good -without needing to leave their baby behind.
** Suitable for babies 12 weeks to preschool. ** Please obtain medical approval from your healthcare professional before undertaking physical exercise post-partum. **Adults remain responsible for their children and their safety throughout the session. **** Please register your car registration number on the tablet in the hall foyer.
