Acrobatic Arts (DCT): Intro Class [Saturday] (Weekly)

Introduction to Acrobatic Arts Training: Dancer Conditioning and Tumbling, with Acrobatic Arts: Building on strength and flexibility, mastering tumbling skills. MUST attend a dance class to take this training class.
Introduction to Acrobatic Arts What to wear: Something comfortable and suitable for physical exercise e.g leggings/shorts and a t-shirt/leotard (nothing too baggy). Hair tied up and bare feet. Please also bring a water bottle.
