Non-syllabus Adult Ballet: Intermediate Level (16+) (Weekly)

An open class (non-syllabus) for adults (age 16+) with previous ballet experience. Working at the barre and in the centre, re-building the basics and developing advancing skills in classical ballet.
What to wear: Something comfortable and suitable for physical exercise (e.g leggings and a t-shirt - nothing too baggy). We would recommend a ballet leotard and a wrap skirt. Hair in classical style. Please bring ballet shoes. Bring a water bottle for hydration too.
